Kapton® flexible heating elements, with their extremely thin profile (0.10–0.15 mm), can be easily applied to a wide variety of metal surfaces, ensuring rapid and uniform heat transfer. This even thermal distribution prevents abnormal thermal expansion and allows the full power to be utilised with maximum efficiency.
The Kapton® insulation supports a maximum continuous operating temperature of 260°C. The high-performance adhesive backing provides secure and straightforward attachment to both steel and plastic surfaces.
Thanks to etched-foil technology, these elements can be fully customised to meet specific customer requirements, including shape, dimensions, voltage, and power output. As a result, Heatfor Kapton® flexible heating elements are ideal for a broad range of applications.
