Coiled heaters are one of Clarians specialist areas where we can supply high wattage heaters with high sheath temperatures for the heating of plates or cylindrical objects and for the repair of hotrunner systems. Our heaters are sealed so they are not susceptable to ingress of moisture.

High Performance Tubular Coil Heater

High performance tubular cartridge heaters are sealed so they are not susceptable to ingress of moisture and will work upto 750 degrees c sheath temperture and offer a high watt density heating solution that can be coiled around as opposed to inserted into a tool. Coiled heater are used, where space is at a premium. The coil heaters are available with and without thermocouple and are available either in straight lengh for coiling or as pre coiled types with various different cross sections from round to square and rectangular. These heaters can also be used to heat large platterns and can be shaped to fit into a machined groove.

These heaters are availble from stock with a quick turn around from order to dispatch.

Applications for coiled heaters include plastics industry for the heating of nozzles in hotrunner systems. Coiled heaters are generally applied where space is restricted and are also used in medical and laboratory equipment.

Nozzle heater

The heater consists of a low mass tubular cartridge heater coiled into a cylinrical sleeve with precise ID. It is available with or without thermocouple.

Heating of nozzles for the plastics industry, heating of liquids within tubes, heating of metals with circular cross section.

Nozzle Heater Q-series

Basis of the nozzle heaters is a low mass tubular heater coiled into a slot of a cylindrical sleeve with precise ID.

Optional the nozzle heaters are deliverable with or without thermocouple.
