Basic functions

Programmable controller function:

  • 2 point - controller: (heating-off or cooling-off function)
  • 3 point - controller: (heating-off-cooling function)

Programmable output characteristic:

  • PD / I ( modified PID-algorithm)
  • P,I,D - Parameter with autotune function

Controller output (actuator):

  • Relay (on/off) or bistable voltage output 0/18VDC, 10mA to drive external solid state relays ( SSRs )

Individually programmable for each zone:

  • Sensor input: RTD, TC
  • Process-value-offset correction
  • Setpoint ramp function
  • Second setpoint (standby setpoint)

Automatic output control in case of sensor break:

  • In the event of sensor break the controller automatically maintains the last valid output ratio as the actuating output signal.

The basic construction of the new multizones controller R2400 is similar to the relaible R2000 controller. Therefore it´s dimensions, general functions and terminals are compatible to the R2000.

The blue LCD-display is very significant for the new controller. Better operation with the help of text based instructions.
